If you’re a member of the Fort Moore community, you’re a member of the 1918 Club – Fort Moore’s first-class catering and event center! Conveniently located on main post, since 1918, this facility has been the social hub of the installation for ceremonies, hail & farewells, military functions and wedding receptions.
By popular demand, we are thrilled to offer a lunch buffet in the Lexington Room on Tuesdays & Thursdays, beginning July 6 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Tuesdays will feature a taste of European cuisine from our Euro Küche. Enjoy our authentic German Schnitzel - a hand-breaded pork cutlet - with mushroom gravy or a classic Salisbury Steak! Sides include fried potatoes (authentic Bratkartoffeln), egg noodles, red cabbage, mixed vegetables and rolls.
Thursdays, we serve a real Southern Buffet. You won’t find better fried chicken anywhere else! Choose between fried or baked herb chicken. Sides include macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, collard greens, steamed corn and cornbread.
Lunch buffets come with a side salad and your choice of your favorite fountain drink or try the best iced tea in the area (our customers refer to it as the best iced tea in the South).
The 1918 Club lunch is $15 per person for dine-in.
Take out price is $5.50 per pound;
Purchase a fountain drink or iced tea for $2.75 (20 oz.).
